- How do I get a discount code?
The easiest way to get a discount code is to sign up for our newsletter and/or join us on Facebook or Twitter. It’s here that we often publish special sales, coupons, discounts and even freebies that you can take advantage of. We love to connect with our customers through social media!
- What is Paypal?

- Will I get a receipt with my order?
We will send a receipt to the email address you provide at checkout. We will also pack a receipt in with your order.
- Are sale items returnable?
All sale items are final sale. Please see our return and exchange policy. Of course, in the unlikely event that your product has a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to replace it for you
- Do you have Gift Certificates?
Yes we do! Gift Certificates are available for $25 (Silver Level), $50 (Gold Level) and $100 (Platinum Level) They are redeemable on any items on our site at any time. There is no expiry date on Gift Certificates. Look for the Gift Certificates link in the upper right corner of your screen to purchase one!
- What if I change my mind or want to cancel my order?
When your order is placed you will receive e-mail confirmation that your order is being processed. If you require changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has been shipped, it must be processed as a return. Please see our return and exchange policy.
- How do I use my discount code?
You will have the opportunity to enter your discount code in the shopping cart before checking out. Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
