Shipping Info

We strive to ship your items as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 days (excluding weekends and holidays); however, some orders can take 3-4 days to prepare.

Rarely, items ordered together may not ship on the same day. Please note that while an order may be fulfilled in multiple shipments, shipping is charged only once based on a flat fee per order, not per item.

Shipping Time Estimates

We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel as our primary method of shipping. Shipping times vary depending on location.  Items shipped within Canada will take 2-9 days to arrive, while items shipped to the US will take 3-14 days to arrive.

Xpresspost is a faster courier option, available upon request for an additional charge. Items shipped by Xpresspost will arrive in Canada in 1-2 days or in the US in 3-5 days. Please call us at 1.877.789.4655 before placing your order to arrange shipping by Xpresspost.

Please be sure to include both processing and shipping times when calculating the expected arrival date of your package.

Product Availability

While we strive to maintain an accurate inventory count, errors can sometimes occur. If you purchase an item that is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. At that time you will be given the option of cancelling or modifying your order, or accepting delivery when the item comes back in stock (usually within 2 weeks).

Delivery Information

  • If delivery of a package is refused or returned for delivery failure LittleStar, Inc. reserves the right to charge the customer for all subsequent shipping charges incurred.
  • Statutory holidays may add an extra day to delivery times.
  • Deliveries are made on business days only.
  • When sending to more than one destination, separate orders must be placed. Shipping is charged based on a flat fee per order.

When we ship your package, you will receive an email with a link that you can follow to track the status of your package.

Shipping Outside of North America

If your desired shipping destination is not within Canada or the continental United States, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Orders shipped to international destinations are sometimes subject to duties and taxes charged by the country of arrival. LittleStar, Inc. is not responsible for the collection or payment of destination duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the receiver. We cannot predict what the charges (if any) will be, as they vary from country to country. For more information on your country's customs policy, please contact your local customs office.
